i-FLYTE “Time & Checks” – Features

i-FLYTE TC is a semi-automatic aircraft checklist combined with a automatic and GPS driven Flight log. Additional functions are a Flight Information page and an interface to AIR NAVIGATION Pro/Standard, a complete navigation app for pilot.

i-FLYTE TC has the follwing features:

I. Checklist module

Create, edit and use checklists for several aircraft
6 ready templates (and more coming) for the most common airplane categories
Personalize aircraft you fly with tail number, photo and notes
Create, modify and exchange checklists with other pilots
Call up next or previous checklist with one tap
Hands free and automatic activation of After take-off, cruise and before landing checklist
Emergency Checklists (2 taps to every emergency scenario from other pages)
Preflight checklist for walkaround can be deactivated
Checklists can be used with or without checkmarks

II. Flight log module

Record block time, take-off time and landing time automatically
Set flight and/or block time manually
Airports of DEP and ARR are recorded automatically (embedded worldwide database of more than 32000 airfields)
Unknown/new airports can be added to flightlog manually
Go arounds detected automatically
Number of landings counted automatically
Modify time entries manually
Flight log with airports of DEP and ARR, all times, date and number of landings
Send flight log to default home eMail address or to other recipient
Set your personal total flight time and number of landings – and TC will count on

III. Navigation module

Constant display of bearing and distance to closest airfield
Display of Ground speed
Display of Magnetic course
Show distance flown from take-off
Altitude above Mean Sea Level (MSL)

Information about GPS accuracy (horizontal and vertical)
Nav info can be set to miles, nautical miles or kilometers/h

IV. Timer

Flashing reminder to switch tanks in low wing aircraft
Two timer modes available
Timer can be switched off

V. Other features

Direct Interface to AIR NAVIGATION Pro/Standard moving map system (requires an Air Navigation update available soon)
Flight times are saved and restored when switching back
